Rule of Thirds/ Fill the Frame/Leading Lines

Rule of Thirds: This photo above is of a skater named Adam Colton early grabbing of a driveway and  it is a good example of rule of thirds because it clearly has him where the lines would meet at a four way. I also like the picture because of the motion blur in the background.

Fill the Frame: The Photo above is of a crumpled up one dollar bill. This is a good example of fill the frame because its only one subject. I like this picture because I took it and that the lighting on it is cool.

Leading Lines: The photo to the right is a good example of leading lines because you follow the sidewalk path all the way up to Ethan Cochard performing a toeside check on the path. I like this picture mainly because hes my favorite skaters but also the man and his sons facial expression in the background.

A local skater by the name of matthew kienzle hauling down a hill. I can see that matthew is doin a toeside check into a right hairpin. He is going at very high speeds down some very steep windy grade roads. The main idea behind this picture might be to capture the the high speeds he is at. But also that shredding down hills at pitch black night time can be dangerous.

The same skater as above but it is at a different location somewhere in california. I can tell that he is also skating a high speed but that also the photographer had set the shutter speed down so that is how he capture the light effect. The background also has a affect on the picture giving it a night time look.

To the left is a San Francisco skater by the name of Riley Crone. He is mobbin down a hill in the Hollywood hills area. In this picture as well we can tell he is going fast. But what makes this picture is the background because it is such a iconic place and just becuase its the Hollywood sign it makes the whole picture.

The picture to the left is Mt.Fuji in its cold winter times. I can tell that it is winter time because of the snow capped mountain top, and also because of the cherry blossoms blooming below in the foreground. Also we can tell this mountain is in japan because of the architecture in the building to the right. I chose this picture because I have climbed the mountain myself and I know how beautiful it is.

And here to the left we have another San Francisco skater by the name of Blake Smith. As you can see he is speeding down this hill. But not only does the blur of him flying by make the picture. But also the background. The picture of the Golden Gate bridge in either evening time or early morning time giving it a confused time of the day.
